Last week Niky and I received an invite to the BMW Drivers Training event held at the Aseana Complex along the Macapagal Ave, on Feb 28, 2008. Little did we know that it would be the rollercoaster ride of our lives! Better yet I'll let my photos tell the story. Full Gallery Here
Outside the tent at the Aseana Complex with the 120d quietly waiting for us to drive the hell out of it.
Even the menus have that BMW flair
Niky and Mazdamazda oogling and drooling over the M3
Andreas Biehler, President, BMW Group Philippines
Lito S. German, Marketing and Corporate Communications
The BMW 120d, one of the most "interesting" drives of the day
 Panic braking, BMW 120d Style
George Ramirez making sure we don't wreck the cars
The BMW 320i getting ready for the Run-flat slalom
The M5 and M3 with mouths agape!
 M Power, v10
 M power, V8
Former Rally Driver and Driving Instructor, Herbert Grünsteidl going opposite lock on the M5
 Said M5 going sideways
 M3 strutting it's stuff.
Herbertt Grünsteidl at the helm on the M3
Kookie, Herbertt and Kevin sharing a good chuckle.

The 120d is a very interesting drive, go-kart like reflexes + diesel grunt = FUN!

What a day!
120d? From our short manhandling on it... pretty good actually. It was quite fast going from 0-60kph, leaving its petrol-powered brothers a bit wanting in that area.
The M3 & M5 drive by Herbett was the highlight of the day... imagine going sideways on a road with no runoff area.

Great article man!
Though words still FAIL to fully recapture the whole M3 & M5 experience.

If I'd tried to, the article would be 5000 words long. I'm pretty sure BigBigBoss would crucify me for using up the bandwidth.
Whatta rush... gayahin natin with this current test-unit?
